Maternity Photos a la Amanda-joy Photography

I had been toying around with the idea of whether or not I wanted a 'traditional' maternity session for a while. On one hand, I wanted a few pictures to look back on, but on the other, it was just one more thing to add to the ever-growing agenda, and my husband doesn't exactly jump for joy each time I schedule a photo session.

But, when my sister offered to do a quick shoot for us last weekend while we were in NJ for her second wedding reception, I decided that I would probably regret it if I said no, and we planned for a quick shoot on Sunday afternoon before we headed back to Maryland.

All I can say is, if you are considering whether or not to do a maternity shoot, and you have a photographer in mind, definitely do it! I am thrilled with the way our photos came out, and I will forever cherish the sweet time with B before our Little G arrived.

Of course, I couldn't help but share some of them with you. All photos courtesy of Amanda-joy Photography, Atlanta, GA.
